I'm incredibly disappointed to write this review. I've worked with this seller before. "Policy changes" after a purchase is made is just not right. This time, I made a purchase because I was able to return the items. They qualified for free shipping as well. When I notified the seller that I needed to return the items, I was told they were a final sale. Only when I produced the receipt showing that it said they could be returned, was the return honored. Then, I was told that I'd be charged for the shipping TO me. I expected to pay for the return shipping and had no issue with that. When my items were returned the refund was discounted for the shipping that had been credited to me. This also was not documented any where. I've reached out to the seller with no response. So unfortunate-be sure of your purchase before making it.
